This is the first full length album of Last Falling. It features Mark Evangelista on drums and was recorded at Sound Image in Van Nuys, CA. ILM was a concept record (ala Queensrÿche’s Operation Mindcrime) featuring the tale of Dr. Kenneth Spaulding (played by Chris Amesquita). The heartbeat intro and seemingly two sides to the 16-track album tell the story of a doctor faced with his own demons and split-personality disorder. Last Falling’s website also played a role at the time to further the then story leading up to the release of ILM.
